About Katie

I am not someone who was born for the stage, or made for the spotlight.  My original nature was markedly different from who I am today, and I credit an excellent education in the theater arts with this transformation.

I graduated with a BFA from the Drama Dept. at Carnegie-Mellon University and went on to become a professional performer.  I worked on stage, on/camera in film and television, and on the radio.  Those experiences gave me the foundation for the work I do today.

As my practice has grown, I've incorporated other elements into my coaching... sports psychology, guided meditations, and energy work.  I take great pride in my speakers and their results... they are strong, calm and never boring.
